An update was released for Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, which includes bug fixes for all platforms and regions. Serenity Forge continues to support and update the game.

Team Salvato launched a new website designed by Dan Salvato and Steevin Love. Although the content remains the same, the updated design better reflects their values.
5 Years of DDLC
On September 22, 2022, Doki Doki Literature Club celebrated its 5th anniversary since its initial release on itch.io and Steam.
PAX West 2022 Participation
Team Salvato attended PAX West 2022 in Seattle, Washington, marking their first in-person event in three years. They were thrilled to connect with fans and follow COVID safety protocols.
Mental Health Awareness Month
Team Salvato raised $13,476 for Take This during Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental health is an important topic for them.
